As a professional lacrosse player for the Denver Outlaws, being in peak physical condition is vital to my success. Training with Ernie Bryan for the past seven months elevated my strength and flexibility, enabling me to enter training camp in the best shape I’ve ever been. With his help, I added 10 pounds of muscle while improving my speed and stamina. I credit Ernie with helping me make the 2009 Denver Outlaws!

This is my sixth year playing Major League Lacrosse and every spring I have to tryout again to earn my spot against a younger crop of players. With the league contracting to six teams from ten this year, each team was loaded with talented players for tryouts. During the offseason, I committed to entering the 2009 training camp in peak phsyical shape.

I began training with Ernie in October after work, six months before tryouts. I considered myself to be in relatively good shape at the time, but on that first day with Ernie I learned there was a lot more I could be doing. He’s pushed me to work harder and longer than I’ve ever done on my own. Ernie’s workouts are strenuous, but they’re also fun. He is constantly introducing new excercises to promote muscle confusion. Thanks to Ernie’s training, I’m as strong as I’ve ever been and I’m currently starting on defense for the Denver Outlaws.
